Construct a new reinforced concrete-piled wharf structure at the Bledisloe Terminal, a reinforced concrete-piled extension to the existing Fergusson North Berth, a cruise passenger terminal, and fendering.

Completeness decision 12 March 2025

The substantive application by Port of Auckland Limited was deemed complete on 12 March 2025. The application complies with the requirements of section 46 (2) of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024. The application was lodged on 10 March 2025.

The Fast-track team will check for any competing applications or existing resource consents, which must be done before providing the application to the panel convener.  

Initial substantive application returned to applicant on 28 February 2025

Port of Auckland Limited initially lodged a substantive application for the project on 7 February 2025. The Fast-track team returned the substantive application, which did not comply with all the requirements of section 46 (2) of the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024.
